Basic description:
The 550 centrifuge produced by our company is a large rotating drum large-volume horizontal screw sedimentation centrifuge. The centrifuge has a length to diameter ratio of 3.3:1 or 4.2:1. This is a full-conversion centrifuge. All electronic control components are selected from international famous brands. The inverter brand chooses ABB or Siemens. Electronic load sensing and intelligent control of the feed pump ensure the amount of slurry supplied by the centrifuge under automatic working conditions, and the drum speed and differential speed can automatically reach the optimal state. The drum speed, motor load and bearing temperature status (optional) are displayed directly on the touch panel operation panel, which is intuitive and clear, ensuring the best working transition of the centrifuge throughout the operation.
